Russell’s Paint & Construction, LLC (RP&C) company’s management developed a mission statement that addresses both the short and long-term goals of the company. This mission is to achieve enhanced certifications to qualify for acceptance of major governmental commercial contracts as well as major residential contracts, as the company continues to move forward in the 21st century. Currently, RP&C is HUB Certified in North Carolina.
